i've been away on VACAY - yes, that's right, yours truly was actually traveling for PLEASURE for once... (big sigh). anyway. i had a funtastic time and am a tad sad to be back (although nudges from my cat help cheer me up and a big fat glass of vino of course). ok back to business - holy shit can we talk about how BANANAS the Valentino campaign is?! L-O-V-E.

BUTOH

freelance photographer Alan Eglinton captures snapshots of a butoh performance. Amagatsu Ushio is the gifted choreographer who started the Butoh dance troup which performs under the name of Sankai Juku. i've never seen anything like it. pretty fucking cool.
